Are we overlooking safety gear

I’ve been inspecting some job sites lately, and I noticed a few crews neglecting their personal protective equipment, especially eye protection. It’s alarming how quickly a small oversight can lead to serious accidents. Has anyone else seen a dip in compliance with safety gear on the frontline? It seems like a critical discussion we need to have.

I’ve definitely seen crews forget their goggles in the heat of the moment, especially during busy days. I’ve started keeping a few extra pairs so team members can grab them easily. It’s a simple fix that could save someone from a serious injury.
