Training with measurable rig-floor gains

We piloted a 4-hour stuck‑pipe simulator with the day crew on Rig 27 and cut reaction time from 3:20 to 1:45 during a staged pack‑off; I’m weighing a rig‑wide rollout. Which modules have moved your ROP or NPT — vibration mitigation, torque/drag, or MSE on the brake handle — and did you pair the training with any on‑rig system tweaks to lock in the gains?

“1:45” is strong; MSE-on-brake moved us most, plus auto-driller stick-slip tuning and WOB ramps. Did you set RPM floors?
