First land rig with iron roughneck

We’re arguing on the floor about when iron roughnecks really replaced tongs on land. I say Nabors rolled them out mid‑90s on US land fleets, Varco ST‑80s showing up around ’96, cutting trip time and keeping hands out of the red zone — anyone got a specific rig number/date to settle it?
